The event was attended by 3rd-year bachelor’s students and 1st- and 2nd-year master’s students from the Department of Industrial Engineering.
Together, they discussed the current competencies required for logistics specialists and subsequently co-created future competencies using creative foresight.
The aim of the project is to develop future-oriented competencies in the field of logistics – to describe possible development trends in logistics, to propose a combination of key hard and soft skills for future logistics practice, and to adapt study programmes so that they better respond to the changing demands of logistics.
