InvEnt – International Scientific Conference
For more than two decades, the Department of Industrial Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Žilina, has been organizing the international scientific conference InvEnt in cooperation with its partners. The conference serves as a platform for PhD students and young researchers to exchange knowledge in Advanced Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, and Biomedical Engineering. Every year, participants from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Poland take part, and in 2026 we look forward to welcoming attendees from even more universities and countries as we celebrate the 21st edition of the event.
The 2026 InvEnt conference will feature an extended three‑day format, providing additional space not only for formal academic discussions, but also for relaxation, recreation, and building new professional relationships and friendships.
