Publication
All papers sent for the conference InvEnt 2026 will be accepted through a review process. Articles should be 4 to 6 pages long. An electronic version (docx format) of the full paper should be submitted by the paper submission deadline to the conference e-mail: invent.invent@fstroj.uniza.sk. The conference proceedings will be published in InvEnt 2026 conference proceedings.
Paper submission
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. All contributions must be original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be intended to be published elsewhere during the review period. Accepted papers will be included in InvEnt 2026 Proceedings that will be published by Fundacja Centrum Nowych Technologii in Bielsko-Biała.
Papers must be prepared using instructions in the template file. For preparing respective papers, authors must use InvEnt 2026 – article template.docx
Acceptance is based on condition that at least one author will register and present the paper at the conference.
Instructions for Authors
Please download and follow these essential guidelines when preparing your paper:
- All papers must comply with the paper template (InvEnt 2026 – article template.docx). The submission should correspond to the Conference Topics.
- The minimum length of the paper is 4 (four) pages, and the maximum is 6 (six) pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
- Use Title Case for the paper title, i.e., capitalizing all main words. Do not include academic titles or descriptions of academic positions in the paper.
- The abstract should summarize the content (goal, scientific novelty, practical value, used methods, main results, etc.) of the paper in short form, i.e., 80 – 100 words. The abstract should objectively represent the article: it must not contain results that are not presented and substantiated in the main text and should not exaggerate the main conclusions.
- Keywords cannot duplicate the words and(or) phrases from the paper’s title.
- The paper should be prepared using the following structure: 1 Introduction, 2 Literature Review, 3 Research Methodology, 4 Results and Discussion, 5 Conclusions, 6 Acknowledgment (if necessary).
Poster Session
The poster presentations will take place in the designated outdoor poster area of the conference venue. Should adverse weather conditions occur, the poster session will be relocated to indoor facilities within the hotel. Participants are advised to bring appropriate clothing suitable for a mountain environment.
All authors are requested to prepare their posters using the official InvEnt 2026 – poster template.pptx. The required format for printed posters is A0.
